Neff McGhie III is the chief actuary for Cetera Retirement Plan Specialists. He is a member of the Society of Pension Actuaries (MSPA) and the ASPPA College of Pension Actuaries (ACOPA). He currently serves on the Board of Directors of ACOPA and is a frequent speaker at pension professional conferences. In addition, he is the editor of the “Defined Benefit Pension Answer Book,” published by Aspen Publishers. He has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from California State University, Fresno.
